I truly enjoyed newly renovated room here.
Booked a room with a hot tub. Variety of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. The hotel had indeed a comfortable and absolutely perfect location close to Portland.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was big size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven. There was a bath too. The service was great, the staff were fast and courteous. And it was nestled near expressway.

The hotel was in a favourable and absolutely perfect location, next to fairgrounds and a convenience store. Freeway was near the accommodation.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to major commercial area with Walmart, Meijers, restaurants, fast food, as well as Michigan for a wedding. Comfortable and peaceful location right oof the highway, patient staff. Also, close to Portland. Recently refurbished, reasonably large room with extra space and 2 queen beds and a hot tub.

Best aspects of my stay were the clean rooms and the convenient location. Rooms were spotless and had everything I needed. The hotel was located near all the shopping areas, making it easy to get what I needed. Another advantage was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
Worst aspects of my stay were the confusion with my reservation and the lack of communication. The staff didn't seem to have my reservation correct, and it took multiple attempts to get my room keys.
